What areas do you serve?
We serve the Champaign and Urbana area primarily but have recently expanded to Rantoul.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
We bring all the cleaning products and equipment needed for the job, so you don’t have to provide anything. We use high-quality, effective products and come fully prepared for every visit.
How far in advance do I need to book a cleaning?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance when possible. For One Time Deep Cleans, we can often accommodate requests within 48 hours or within a week depending on availability.
Pricing & Payment
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on several factors: space size, conditions, frequency of services needed, and other specifics requested. We offer free custom quotes with a walkthrough so you know exactly what to expect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, checks, and bank transfers.
Do you require a deposit or payment upfront?
Payment details are confirmed when we provide your quote. We aim to keep the process simple and transparent.
U of I & Specialized Cleanings
Do you clean fraternities, sororities, and student housing?
We provide weekly cleaning, common area maintenance, and move-in/move-out services for U of I student housing and Greek life.
Do you offer pre-listing, photo-ready, and turnover cleans?
We handle pre-listing deep cleans, photo-ready preparation, Airbnb turnovers, and move-in/move-out cleans for realtors and property managers.
Do you work around the academic calendar and real estate timelines?
We offer flexible scheduling designed around campus life, semester transitions, showings, and tenant turnovers.
